I started Supplement'd after reviewing essays for 25+ students and seeing how much a fresh pair of eyes from someone who just got in can change an application. I'm a double major in Business Economics and Statistics & Data Science at UCLA, and I run a social media channel sharing college application advice. I know what makes a PIQ stand out: a specific moment and authentic reflection.

Carnegie Mellon

I'm a Finance and Statistics & Machine Learning double major at CMU. Through the Tepper School of Business I've done paid research and won national business competitions pitching real business plans to real companies. That taught me how to make a convincing case in very few words, which is exactly what a supplement asks of you. Additionally, I provide a line-by-line editing review so every sentence is polished.

Industrial Engineering + Cognitive Science · ’30

Northwestern

I'm double majoring in industrial engineering and cognitive science at Northwestern: one is about designing systems that work, the other is about how people think. I bring both to your essays: a clear structure where every part has a job, and a story readers connect with. I'll help you organize your ideas so your story is easy to follow and your personality comes through. I'm easy to talk to, and my feedback is honest without ever feeling harsh.

Questions

Who are the reviewers?

Current undergraduates at the schools we list. Every reviewer verifies a .edu email and is approved by our team before their profile goes live.

Will my reviewer write or edit my essay for me?

No. Reviewers give comments, questions and suggestions. The writing stays yours. That's both our policy and what admissions readers expect.

How does the review actually happen?

After you pay, we share your contact info with your reviewer and theirs with you. They'll reach out within 48 hours. Most students share a Google Doc and get written comments, and some add a quick call.

How does payment work?

You pay 50% up front to book your reviewer and the other 50% once your review is complete. Flat prices, no hidden fees.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Just enter your name and email at checkout. Your booking confirmation and your reviewer's contact info are sent straight to your inbox.

What if my reviewer never reaches out?

If your reviewer doesn't reach out within 48 hours or doesn't finish the review, your deposit is refunded in full and you never pay the second half.

I'm under 18. Can I use Supplement'd?

Yes. We ask for a parent or guardian's email at checkout so they're kept in the loop on your booking.
